We'll have the usual, thank you!

Buena Vista was its usual wonderful get away. We packed the most marvelous chicken salad sandwiches for a picnic at the top of Wilkerson Pass. Our holiday was made even better by the new and improved facilities in the lodge . The beds were tres comfortable. Bathroom upgrades definitely helped overall. The beautiful steam making its way out of the earth was entertaining to say the least! Still wondering about all those cars rusting away on the banks of the water.........."Clay and I climbed the rickety stairs hoping they would hold up at least one more time and we were not the only adventurers as we witnessed others throughout the morning challenging those stairs . Cori caught up on rest, and Don did the same with his book. Had to get into town to our favorite dinner at Quincys. Oh those pools and riverside delights, we'd take a double helping anytime!
